As a key component to reduce solids emission behind a starch dryer Royal Dahlman successfully delivered 2 high efficient Vane cage scrubbers in a twin configuration to a client situated in the north of the Netherlands.

The Dahlman Vane cage scrubber is reowned for effectively reducing dust emissions downstream starch drying units to below 10mg/m3. Due to its non-fouling and low pressure drop design the Vane cage scrubber allows for uninterrupted operation with minimum downtime and low energy consumption.
